Responsibilities
- Process and submit clean claims to insurance providers and government payers

- Maintain accurate patient records and billing documentation in EHR systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure coding compliance (ICD-10, CPT)
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct communication with providers
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in ambulatory care setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with claim scrubbing and denial management
- Ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environment
- Associate's degree in Health Information Technology preferred
