- Process and submit clean claims to insurance carriers
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Resolve claim denials and payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and billing records
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams on coding accuracy
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes
- Experience with EHR/medical billing software (Epic preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
