- Resolve claim denials and appeals within 48 hours
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Generate monthly reports on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to ensure documentation accuracy
- Utilize provided EHR and billing software for daily operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Expert knowledge of claim submission processes and denial management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
