- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits pre-service
- Resolve claim denials and billing discrepancies through follow-up
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10 regulations
- Generate monthly reports for revenue cycle analytics
- Collaborate with clinical teams on documentation improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or Medisoft billing systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes and insurance protocols
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
