- Submit and follow up on insurance claims with 95% accuracy
- Review EOBs and resolve claim denials efficiently
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all billing operations
- Collaborate with coding and clinical teams for documentation
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Manage patient payment plans and collections
- Stay updated on CMS and payer policy changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certification (CPC, CPC-A, or CCS-P) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
