- Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance

- Handle incoming calls and triage urgent requests
- Prepare daily reports and manage administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
