Your Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate department or provider.
- Schedule patient appointments using advanced medical scheduling software.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays accurately.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with basic clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Receptionist certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical front desk or reception role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
