Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/out using provided EMR systems and tablets
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage with practice software
- Maintain medical equipment cleanliness and functionality per protocols
- Coordinate with clinical teams using provided communication devices
- Process payments using provided POS systems and maintain records
- Assist patients with provided telehealth kiosks when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years medical reception experience preferred
- Proficiency with provided EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- CPR certification (training provided)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate provided office equipment (printers, scanners)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
