Key Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes for patients.
- Schedule patient appointments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Answer incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking detailed messages.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect copayments accurately.
- Update and maintain patient records with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate with medical billing and insurance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and inventory management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of a medical receptionist program is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental front desk setting preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR/EHR software (training provided).
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
