Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly as they arrive and manage the reception area to ensure a professional atmosphere.

- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle patient check-ins, collect copays, and process necessary paperwork accurately.
- Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies and medical equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; medical receptionist certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required for our paid training program.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
