Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient assessments and progress
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile and safe clinical environments
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible)
- BSN degree required
- Recent nursing graduate (within 6 months)
- BLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
