Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across assigned units with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Attend residency workshops and continuing education sessions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN required for residency program)
- Active Massachusetts RN license (or eligibility)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
