Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergency situations
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members during shift changes
- Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Compassionate approach with excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
