Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures including injections, wound care, and EKGs
- Perform vital signs, patient intake, and prepare exam rooms
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with night shift team
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Handle emergency protocols with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active MA certification in Arizona (AAMA or NCCT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
