Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals and take medical histories accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures in a sterile environment.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment to ensure safety standards.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Manage patient records and electronic health records (EHR) efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to work the night shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
