Job Overview
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and comfort in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio CNA license required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong empathy and patient-centric attitude.
