Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and communicate critical patient updates
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient events
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest standards of clinical excellence
- Utilize advanced monitoring systems and electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in night shift environments
- BSN degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in ECG interpretation and emergency response
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift handovers
- Ability to work independently during low-staffed overnight hours
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
