Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in our critical care units during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for mobile unit rotations)
