Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during exams and procedures using proper infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop accurate diagnostic images
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate digital dental records
- Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical supply inventory
- Support front desk operations including check-in/out and insurance verification
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required – we provide hands-on training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn dental software
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Valid CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
