Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units (ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Adhere to hospital protocols, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and document accurately
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Manage emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Travel to different healthcare facilities across the Phoenix metro area
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
