Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and shopping trips.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the supervisor.
- Administer medication reminders as directed and documented.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be willing to complete our Paid Training Program.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
