Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team promptly.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation as needed.
- Administer medications and adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Willingness to complete our paid caregiver training program and obtain required certifications.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties (standing, lifting, bending).
