Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document client progress and health changes
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain clean and safe home environment for clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly/disabled
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- No prior healthcare experience required
