Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and surgical instruments for complex procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with precision and adaptability
- Maintain strict aseptic protocols and infection control standards
- Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 3+ years of OR experience in Level 1 trauma center
- Expertise in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
- BLS/CPR certification with current ACLS preferred
- Proven ability to anticipate surgeon needs in high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
