Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Implement evidence-based clinical protocols
- Document patient assessments accurately in EMR systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- 2+ years acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree strongly preferred
- Travel nursing experience a plus
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to pass facility-specific screenings
