Responsibilities

- Assist customers with prescription inquiries, insurance questions, and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist the pharmacist in compounding medications and handling special orders.
- Enter patient data into pharmacy management systems accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn and complete state-mandated technician training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
