Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Document care activities and report health changes
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for clients
Qualifications
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help seniors
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Physical ability to assist with mobility (25-50 lbs lifting)
