As a Caregiver, you will provide vital support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their safety, dignity, and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Provide medication reminders and document care plans accurately in our digital health records.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's mental well-being and quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and community events.
- Monitor health changes and communicate any concerns promptly to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the client.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous experience in home health, personal care, or the CNA field is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor is essential.
