Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor and document vital signs and client observations
- Administer medication reminders and assist with treatments
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Report changes in client condition to care team
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in home care or long-term care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation
