Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN
- Administer medications as certified
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in resident activity programs
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and compassion skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call
- Pass background check and drug screening
