Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic healthcare services, such as feeding, toileting, and turning bedridden patients.
- Document patient care activities, updates, and any changes in condition accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California.
- Proof of CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
