Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patient care.
- Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the Registered Nurse immediately.
- Transport patients to and from activities or medical appointments as needed.
Qualifications
- Current and active Oklahoma State CNA License.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
