Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vital signs, measurements, and basic diagnostic tests.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians and providers during procedures.
- Manage patient intake, registration, and medical records with precision.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure optimal care flow.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) certification is highly preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
