Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations
- Assist with meal service and nutritional support
- Transport residents safely within the facility
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments per infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
