Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and rehabilitation exercises
- Support nurses with clinical tasks and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly/ill patients
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
