Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Electronic health record proficiency
