Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and health status
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment preparation
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and treatment areas
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months acute care hospital experience
