Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature accurately.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
- Prepare meals and assist patients with feeding as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care logs.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, doctors, and family members regarding patient needs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow medical instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
