Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapies, escalating concerns to providers immediately.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
