Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning safely.
- Document patient care plans and report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse (RN) immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
- Engage patients in social activities and provide emotional support and companionship.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA License in the state of Nevada.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of residency.
