Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client health to RN supervisor
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe environment
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Document client care accurately and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility tasks
