Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Transport clients to appointments/social activities
- Monitor vital signs and document care notes
- Comply with HIPAA and agency protocols
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license & insured vehicle
- Clear background check & TB test
- Compassionate patient demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
