- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and billing guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate monthly reports on key billing metrics
- Stay updated on CPT/ICD-10 coding changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems
- Proficient in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
