Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs and patient assessments with precision
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Accurately document medical histories and electronic health records
- Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communication
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory control
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care plans
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
