Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures
- Perform vital sign assessments and accurate documentation
- Administer medications and injections per physician protocols
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile equipment
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records
- Collect specimens and perform basic lab testing
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or accredited program completion
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
