- Verify insurance eligibility and resolve claim denials within SLAs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and billing standards
- Reconcile accounts receivable and generate monthly reports
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation accuracy
- Utilize Epic EHR and NextGen practice management systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years medical billing experience with commercial insurance plans
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim submission workflows
- Proficiency with medical billing software (Epic, NextGen preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
