- Communicate effectively with providers and insurance representatives
- Stay updated on CPT, ICD-10, and billing regulation changes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical coding
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
