Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment and care coordination
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and timely in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license required
- ACLS/BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week (including weekends)
- TN Board of Nursing compliance
