Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatment protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for comprehensive documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
