Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including acute care, telehealth, and specialty units
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (RN)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing with relevant clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment skills and proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
- Experience in telemetry, oncology, or med-surg units preferred
